Mario is juggling a heart, a star and a ball. The player move Mario's hands to juggle the items in the air.

In Game A, Mario only has to catch three items. In Game B, there are four items and a Lakitu and Hammer Bros. join in to catch the Hearts, changing the timing of the juggled items.

Released on October 14, 1991 (Monday) in Japan. It was the last in the New Wide Screen series.

With this game Nintendo had reached a full circle with the Game & Watch series. It started off on the 28th of April 1980 and finished in October 1991. This game is a spruced up version of the original Ball game.

In Game A the player score 1 point for every catch, and in Game B 10 points are awarded.
