An all-female fighting game featuring eight selectable female fighters engaging in one-on-one battles.

Touki Denshou: Angel Eyes takes place in 1999, when God summons eight angels and announces that one of them will be chosen as the next Archangel. Since the angels have no physical bodies, they descend to Earth and possess eight young women, forcing their hosts to fight one another. The winner of the battle will inherit the title of Archangel.

The title of this game translates from Japanese as 'Fighting Princess Legend - Angel Eyes'.

The characters in this game are either hand-drawn, similar to the style found in "Power Instinct 3 - Groove on Fight", or pre-rendered CG characters. The combination of hand-drawn 2D and pre-rendered 3D-style visuals creates a distinctive visual contrast, with the latter being somewhat better in quality than those found in "Ragnagard", but not as good as those in "Killer Instinct".

The game is notable for its reversal damage scaling, numerous TODs, and fast-paced aerial combat centered around Magic Series combos.
