Metal Saver — play guide
What Metal Saver wants from you
Metal Saver is a shoot-'em-up / action cab: clear stages with anti-surround space and bomb honesty before continues empty. Bomb honesty beats spray. Learn Metal Saver bomb windows cold—do not paste later shmup dumps blindly. Calm first stages until bomb timing is narratable; metlsavr chrome is packaging, not free invulnerability or free stage clears on every board for vanity bombs.
First minutes in Metal Saver
First stages: hold a lane, take clean shot windows, learn bomb timing before rush tourism. Power-cycle once so Metal Saver chrome stops looking like a later shmup. Early stages teach Metal Saver grammar: planned bombs before spray routes that die mid-stage when denser bullet packs arrive on later boards. Hold that grammar before vanity bombs.
Core systems in Metal Saver
Flight, shot, bombs as wired, enemy patterns, lives/continues, and Metal Saver UI define the systems. Skill is bomb economy under pressure—not dumping bombs into thin screens. After continues, reconfirm bomb state before racing again. Keep a one-sentence bomb-economy rule ready before the second stage starts on this Metal Saver set.
Score, continues, and resources in Metal Saver
Stage clears and survival score the run; hits and empty bombs tax continues. Continues are coins. Fewer panic sprays and fewer wasted bombs keep credits alive. Farming early stages forever without reading denser packs still leaves Metal Saver unread. Progress is chrome that no longer forces death loops mid-stage on later boards, not a pasted clear.
Mistakes that burn credits in Metal Saver
Spraying center every wave, wasting bombs on thin packs, ignoring formation tells, tunneling on sparkle while a bullet finishes you, and freezing until the screen fills burn credits. Power-cycling mid-tilt without a plan burns another credit. Next credit: lane hold, bomb when dense—stop mash tourism for scenery and bullet panic on later boards.
Next steps after Metal Saver
When Metal Saver stages clear without constant empty-bomb deaths, compare other shoot-'em-ups deliberately, then return with bomb drills. Keep playing until panic-spray empties stop ending sessions mid-stage on later boards. Cousin shmups help as contrast after Metal Saver feels automatic—not as escape from stages you still freeze for chrome. Clear one full stage carefully before you chase vanity bombs again.
