About Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5 (set 1)

Arcade Video game published 28 years ago:

Multi 5 (c) 1998 Yun Sung.

This title contains 5 different games, one of which is a platform game, with the remaining four being puzzle games. They are:

* "Tong Boy" combines elements from "Donkey Kong", "Donkey Kong Jr.", and "Donkey Kong 3". * Bubble Gum (a clone of "Puzzle Bobble"). * Cross Point (a clone of "Columns"). * Box Logic (a clone of "Logic Pro"). * Rocktris (a clone of "Tetris").

'Tong Boy' contains a total of 49 rounds. The first 42 rounds combine elements from both "Donkey Kong" and "Donkey Kong Jr.". Rounds 43-49 are based on "Donkey Kong 3".

Both 'Cross Point' and 'Rocktris' feature adult content in the form of badly digitized pictures of naked women. Despite the colorful and nicely-rendered graphics of most of the games on offer, none manage to match the playability of the arcade originals on which they are based.

Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5 (set 1) — play guide

What Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5 wants from you

Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5 (set 1) is a multi-game kit pack under Multi 5 chrome. Your job is menu literacy plus per-title honesty—five branding does not clear every slot for you. Learn how set 1 launches its list before inventing high-score tourism across every unread title. Treat Multi 5 as a pack exam, not a free twin of Multi Game III or earlier Multi Game kits without remapping this menu on set 1.

First minutes in Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5

First session: boot Multi 5 set 1, map the title list carefully, and finish one full game session before hopping. Soft-retry after menu mistakes while pack grammar warms. Early play teaches Multi 5 honesty—survive clean single-title play before inventing full-library tourism after every miss on the New Multi Game 5 face. Confirm continue rules for the selected title before you burn a second credit mid-board.

Core systems in Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5

Menu navigation, per-title controls as wired on set 1, continue rules per slot, and Multi 5 quirks define the systems. Depth is treating each selected game as its own exam—do not paste shooter timing into puzzle mash. Pack chrome densifies distraction—keep eyes on the active title HUD when play densifies, not on Multi 5 logos alone. Set 1 title order may drift from other multi kits; re-read the menu before inventing a catalog hop on New Multi Game 5.

Score, continues, and resources in Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5

Finished title sessions meter the pack. Soft-retries while learning a selected game are fine. Extending means fewer rage menu hops after one miss and fewer unread titles left as wallpaper. Farming one easy slot forever without denser pack titles still leaves Multi 5 unread. Progress is titles you can narrate mid-play, not one lucky kit screenshot. Bank a clean title stretch before you open the next unread slot on the same credit.

Mistakes that burn credits in Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5

Common Multi 5 fails: hopping titles after every miss; ignoring set 1 menu labels; rage-resetting the whole shell; pasting Multi Game III muscle onto New Multi Game 5; and sightseeing logos mid-play. Next credit: pick one title only, finish a full clean stretch without menu thrash—stop catalog-hop tourism on later Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5 set 1 sessions.

Next steps after Multi 5 / New Multi Game 5

When Multi 5 sessions stay focused without constant menu thrash, compare Multi Game III deliberately for pack-menu drift, then return with title notes. Keep playing until catalog-hop empties stop ending every credit mid-play. Cousin multi-game kits help as contrast after single-title focus feels automatic—not as escape from games you still mash. Clear one careful title stretch before you open another slot on New Multi Game 5, and write which title you finished.
